UK DeliveryWe offer FREE UK DELIVERY via Royal Mail delivery to all locations in the UK Mainland including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
All orders over £25 will require a signature on delivery.
We also offer the options of NEXT DAY Courier (Mainland UK), DHL, Royal Mail 1st Class and Special Delivery - these options and their price are provided at checkout.
Please note Next Day Courier Service is guaranteed for next working day if placed before 3:30pm.

European/International DeliveryFor EU and International destinations we offer the options of Royal Mail Airmail and European/International Courier (DHL, DPD or UPS).
Please note due to international shipping restrictions we are unable to ship any aerosol based products outside of the UK.
All shipping price options for your chosen items can be viewed by adding the items your require to your shopping cart and then go to checkout and select your Invoice and Shipping Destination and then press Next. Your shopping cart will then be updated to show the shipping options/prices to your destination.
Royal Mail Airmail Rates start at just £1.24 and apply for items up to 2Kg. All orders over 2kg will require to be shipped by International/European Courier.

Making a PurchaseMaking a purchase is easy, Just browse our shop, and click the 'Add To Cart' button next to any items that you wish to purchase which will add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' or 'Pay Now' buttons and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
Please note if you are intending to ship to a different address than the invoice address you will first be asked to complete the invoice address details. After clicking the NEXT button you will be presented with what looks like the same screen with the invoice address details completed. Just above where the address fields start there is a section headed Delivery Address - check the small box in that section and then complete the Delivery Address details in the fields below - overwriting the invoice address details and then answer the rest of the boxes, select you payment method at the bottom and then Click NEXT.
We accept Visa Credit, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo and Maestro. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
If paying by card using our secure payment service please ensure you also include your card billing adress where prompted as without this unfortunately your order cannot be processed.
99.9% of items will be in stock at time of purchase. In the unlikely event your item is not in stock, we will advise and back order for you and advise on the invoice by email and included in the shipped package. You can then choose to cancel the out of stock item or select an alterntive by email or phone if you would rather not wait.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Cancellations and ReturnsInternet shoppers are covered by the distance selling regulations which we adhere to.
All returns should be confirmed to the company in writing within 7 days of delivery.
The consumer will be liable for any postage costs in relation to returning the items unless the items are faulty.
The items will remain the customers liability until receipt by the company, therefore we recommend you obtain postal insurance or if the value of the package is under £39, insurance is free with a proof of postage certificate available from all post offices.
We will give a full refund upon a clear and satifactory inspection of the items.
Refunds will be made to the payment account used at the original time of ordering.
