Monthly Prize Draw Rules

No purchase necessary. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18. Employees of Performance Motorcare Products Ltd, agents and families excluded. There will be one winner and one prize per month.

Entries must be received by midnight on last day of each month during 2008. The draw will take place on 5th day of each month. The winner will be notified on or before 15th day of each month. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person for the Prize Draw. Proof of submitting or posting is not proof of receipt and Performance Motorcare Products Ltd accepts no liability for entries lost or damaged in transmission or via the post.

Entry to the Prize Draw can be made by completing and submitting the registration form for the Performance Motorcare Ltd guide to detailing series or on plain paper, stating your name, email address, postal address, postcode, date of birth and daytime telephone number to Monthly Prize Draw, Performance Motorcare Products, The Square, Elford, B79 9DB.

The prize draw winner's name and county address will be available from the Winner's List - Prize Draw, Performance Motorcare Products, The Square, Elford, B79 9DB between 15th and last day of each month, provided an SAE is enclosed.

Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant for Performance Motorcare Products Ltd to arrange to take publicity photographs and interview the winners and for these to be used by Performance Motorcare Products Ltd in any media publication.
The prize will consist of one Autoglym Valet Case Collection. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 4 weeks of being notified as the winner. This prize will be included across a number of promotions.

There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. Promoters reserve the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
