How To Order
Making a purchase is easy, Just browse our shop, and click the 'Buy' button next to any items that you wish to purchase which will add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
We accept Visa Credit, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Switch (UK Maestro). If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
If paying by card using our secure payment service please ensure you also include your card billing adress where prompted as without this unfortunatley your order cannot be processed.
If your item is not in stock, we will advise and back order for you. You can cancel your order by email or phone if you would rather not wait.
Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders either the same or next working day. To ensure Special Delivery orders are despatched on the same day for next day delivery please place your order before 2:30pm.
We offer FREE UK DELIVERY via Royal Mail second class delivery to all locations in the UK Mainland including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. All orders over £25 will require a signature on delivery
We also offer the options of DHL, Royal Mail 1st Class and Special Delivery - these options and their price are provided at checkout.
For EU and International destinations we offer the options of Surface Mail and Airmail.
How fast is Airmail? - Usually within 5 days to Western Europe, 6 days to Eastern Europe and 7 days for the rest of the world.
How fast is Surface Mail? - Royal Mail state: "We aim to deliver Surface mail within two weeks to Western Europe, four weeks to Eastern Europe, and eight weeks to the rest of the world"
